Beebo Relay
Beebo tries a direct connection first and can use a managed relay when that route is unavailable. Owner tests have successfully used Relay; account coverage, route labels and paid activation are being verified across supported configurations.
Away from home
Direct, router and owner-managed routes may work at no Beebo service fee when the home network supports them. Run the connection test.
Relay
Beta: it works today and has been used in real homes; broader account coverage is still being verified. Paid plans are Planned and not available to buy yet; see pricing. The app identifies Relay when it is carrying a session.
Clear launch status: At-home personal-library use has no Beebo service fee. Away-from-home availability depends on the household connection, account entitlement and the route confirmed in the app.
What Relay is
Relay is a fallback path for a home connection that cannot make a verified direct route. It is designed to help a supported session connect; it does not replace the need for a powered-on source computer when streaming a live home library.
What happens next
Beebo continues to improve capacity, monitoring, support and device coverage. The app and status page show the route available to each household.

Future locations are chosen from verified demand, connection health, operating capacity, security and sustainable service costs. Beebo does not promise an automatic new server simply because a group of customers is nearby.
