Describe anything we should improve

Optional: ask for a private urgent alert to Nick. Only a generic notice and report reference go to his private alert channel; your notes, contact details and evidence stay in owner review. Delivery and an immediate response are not guaranteed. This does not publish your report.

You can skip every rating and suggestion. Stars describe appearance and how well a feature worked; they do not change your Pass, Fail or Blocked result.

Photos or video evidence — optional and privateUp to 3 files, 10 MB per file, just under 12 MB combined. PNG, JPEG, WebP, MP4 or WebM. Files are uploaded only when you press Send report. Uploads are private to Nick’s owner review; they do not appear on public results. Evidence is eligible for removal after 30 days during routine review or submission cleanup. Nick can delete it sooner.
Optional public credit

Leave this off to remain anonymous. Choose your own username or alias, not an email, phone number or someone else’s identity. Credit also requires the publication permission above. You can ask Nick to remove credit later using your report receipt.

A successful upload gives you a receipt. An email draft is not a submission until you send it. Text reports are retained for review until Nick removes them; use your receipt to request deletion at testers@beeboentertainment.com. No store rating or positive result is required. Nick may give additional recognition to useful, actionable details, including problems and improvement ideas. Recognition or a higher reward is never guaranteed and does not depend on positive scores or writing more.

  1. Extract disposable copies from the pack into a separate test folder and add only that folder to Beebo. Never select your original media folders.
  2. Try the five-second AVI in the browser. Beebo’s compatibility rules identify it for conversion. Compare with the included MP4. A short conversion may finish before you can read a progress message.
  3. For resume testing, play the 65-second sample, pause around 40 seconds, then reopen it. Try its subtitles too.
  4. Follow the included README and report your platform, build and what happened. The invented TV files test grouping; they do not prove that missing episodes or seasons exist.

Keep original deletion off for initial tests. Convert a few videos and compare picture, sound and subtitles on your phone and big-screen TV before considering automatic cleanup. These samples do not establish picture quality for your entire library.
