A GAME MADE FROM THE PEOPLE IN THE ROOM
Take a photo or choose one photo you want to use. Approve a playful portrait version of yourself, join a private game board, and work out who is behind each card.
It uses a Beebo-made game name and original board design. Portrait Party is still being designed, so this page explains the intended experience rather than promising a released feature.
Guests choose exactly one photo or use the in-app camera. The game should not request broad access to a phone’s photo library.
The guest sees the finished portrait before it joins the room. They can retake, change style, or leave without sharing a card.
Use a TV, computer, tablet or phone as the board. Guests play from their own phones after joining the room.
Scan the room QR code and choose a nickname.
Take or pick one photo, choose a portrait style, then approve it.
Use original Beebo question prompts and card actions to narrow the board.
Make a final pick. The room can start another round or clear every guest card.
Use approved portraits for team badges and scoreboards, without exposing a person’s original photo.
Let the group choose their approved portrait as a character card for a shared story.
Offer an approved group-portrait cover for a private trip recap or event album.
No. Portrait Party is planned. Beebo will only mark it available after it is in a downloadable build and tested with real phones.
The intended default is no: select or take one photo, create a local portrait and share only the approved game card within the current private room. Any future service that sends photos away from the device must ask clearly before it does so.
Adults should control the room and approve participation. The game should have no public profiles, public sharing or open chat. Beebo will review the final design against the applicable Google Play family and privacy requirements before release.
Portrait Party will use its own name, artwork, prompts and board design. It is a Beebo game inspired by the broad idea of a social guessing game, not a copy of another product’s branding or presentation.
